For additional information, please see our page of frequently asked questions. Return and Exchange Policies Returns/exchanges are welcome within 14 calendar days of your order date. Please return the baby carrier in unwashed, like new condition. If you need to exchange or return, please contact McKinley Kid for a return authorization via e-mail. No returns will be processed without prior approval. In the case of a return you will be refunded your purchase price minus a restocking fee of 10% (effective 7/18/08). If you
are having difficulties in adjusting or using your
baby carrier, we ask that you first attempt to let
us help you find a solution. There will be a 10% (effective 7/18/08)
restocking fee for all baby carrier returns, 5% (effective 7/18/08) for
other items. Shipping is not included in returns and the shipping costs, even during a free shipping promotion, and will be deducted from your return. For an exchange in which you paid the initial shipping costs, we will pay to ship your exchange item to you. For an exchange in which you received free shipping of the initial item, you will need to pay shipping both to return your item and to receive your substitute item back. All exchanges are final sale. Exchanges
can
take place immediately, if you know what you need, or within 45
days via store credit issued upon return of your initial purchase.
Contact must still be made during the 14 calendar days from your order
date. Returns and exchanges must include all of the original packaging and literature. If the item is dirty, washed, or incomplete, we cannot take it back. Please try on your purchase and make sure it is the right size before you wash it. Once it is washed, it cannot be returned. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed from the time we receive it. We try to process exchanges within a week.
All merchandise comes with its original factory warranty. Should you have problems with a product defect, you should contact the manufacturer for assistance.
