How will my order be shipped? TOP
All in-stock domestic orders for baby carriers will
be shipped out or delivered within two business
days via the USPS method you choose upon checkout. Domestic
mail is, on average, 7 days. Priority Mail is, on
average, 2-3 days. You will receive an email with
the tracking information for Priority Mail. Unfortunately, the USPS
tracking system does not update the information
until the item has been delivered.
You can choose Express mail but we've found that it's really not much faster to the lower 48 so you may want to save your money.
If your order is going overseas then you will be charged a flat $35. If actual shipping is significantly less (more than $5) you will be refunded the difference. In most case shipping is more than $30 though. We reserve the right to choose Global Express or Global Priority, whichever shipping method is closest to $35. We are working on a shipping calculator that is accurate for overseas. Orders can take several days to ship because of
the additional paperwork involved.
How do I choose the baby carrier that will be most suitable? TOP
This can be a tough question to answer, but we do have a variety of resources for you.
First, try the articles section of our website for pertinent information; some of these articles are also reprinted on our blog. The best summary of the different carrier types is on called "Choosing a Carrier" and is found via this link and in the articles section.
For local customers, we offer a variety of services to help you narrow down the options and assure good fit with any baby carrier.
If you are ordering from a distance then please feel free to e-mail us and we will help you all we can. It's not the perfect system of assessment, but we will answer your questions in detail and do everything we can to make sure you have a baby carrier you love.
Do you offer gift certificates or a registry? TOP
We offer both!
Gift certificates make wonderful presents and you may choose to have a printed certificate and/or an e-mail certificate. The gift recipient will be given a redemption code to use upon order checkout.
Our gift registry is a great way for new parents to narrow down their choices and communicate their family's needs.
What happens to my e-mail address when I give it to you? TOP
We do not sell, give, or distribute any customer information. You may choose to sign up for our newsletter as well, but the e-mail address in your order is strictly for communication purposes.
